Engineering domains
Six systems, engineered as one
01
Every campus is connected at very high voltage, 110 kV and above, with the full critical infrastructure under our own management, including the substation. Each 10 MW module is fully isolated, all the way to the 110 kV substation, for maximum operational safety. We select locations where power can be secured below the national market average, which keeps operating costs low for our clients. Built for AI training, inference and enterprise infrastructure alike.

02
Direct-to-chip cooling handles up to 95% of the heat load, with air cooling where a tenant still needs it. Closed-loop systems mean low or zero water consumption, and every component is backed by N+1 redundancy. High efficiency by design, ready for the densest AI hardware.

Because capacity is sold in whole buildings and halls, security zones follow physical boundaries rather than policy. Perimeter, building, hall and rack are separately controlled, with 24/7 manned operations and a full audit trail for every entry.

Our campuses are designed and built to achieve Uptime Institute Tier III certification for both design and constructed facility, with critical infrastructure engineered to Tier IV requirements. We are working towards ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001 certification across our operations.

Very early smoke detection identifies risk before it becomes a fire. Inert gas suppression (IG-541 Inergen or IG-55 Argonite) protects equipment without water or residue, and can cover multiple zones simultaneously. Protection extends beyond the data halls to every critical non-IT space, including substations, switchrooms, UPS, battery rooms and generators.

Every campus is built on a single standardised design, which means speed, predictability and proven performance. Each 10 MW module can be adapted to the client's needs: rack density, cooling mix, power topology and security zoning.

Sustainability
Heat is a product, not a by-product
Every campus is fully engineered for district-heating integration — creating future revenue streams, municipal partnerships and ESG-linked tax efficiencies. Nordic climate cuts mechanical cooling load; nuclear + wind mix keeps power stable and clean.
ESG
Responsibility as an engineering requirement
Every campus is engineered for district-heating integration, so the heat from your servers warms local homes instead of being wasted. Combined with cool-climate locations that reduce mechanical cooling and a stable, low-carbon power mix, this lowers your operating costs and strengthens your sustainability reporting.
100% renewable energy
We buy only carbon-free power — long-term PPAs on nuclear, wind and hydro rather than offset accounting, giving both clean supply and predictable pricing.
Circularity & recycling
Packaging, cabling, batteries and decommissioned hardware are separated and recycled through certified routes; waste heat is sold on rather than dumped.
Responsible supply chain
Equipment and construction partners are screened on environmental performance, labour standards and governance before they are awarded work.
People & governance
Fair hiring and pay, diversity and safety on every site, local employment around each campus, and transparent reporting to investors and municipalities.
